Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
Item is damaged
Item is incorrect
Item has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days after delivery.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available in the following cases:
Size issue (if applicable)
Wrong item received
Damaged product received
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With tags intact (if applicable)
If these conditions are not met, your request may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn products
Opened or hygiene-sensitive items
Discounted or clearance sale products
Refund Process
All refunds are processed after product inspection.
Refund time: 5–7 working days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:

JazzCash / EasyPaisa
Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side (damaged, wrong item, defect) → Return shipping is free
If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind → Customer will bear the shipping cost
